MASTICATED POLYPS "Intestines Stuffed With Intestines" Tape (cnpr-71)

Got my copy on tape (Chaotic Noise version). Love it! But the B-side is different from the A-side. I've only ever seen one track listed, and the Home Dubbed Junk version lists 'programme repeats both sides'.
The B-side I have sound like Masticated Polyps or close. I sure love it! Any idea what I might have on there? Do all copies have a different B-side? What I have on the B starts with what sounds a little like early 90s action video game music. Then goes straight to liquidy, noisy gore!
