This release in Eric's words: “DEALER is an open letter to those who choose to distribute hard drugs for personal gain from the voice of a drug addict. It is an experiment in overexposure to drugs and drug-use. The backing tracks are derived from cassette tapes that were buried in close vicinity to places where crack-cocaine and heroin are bought, sold, and used. This is a relationship where every active party fails. The user’s attempts at portraying helplessness, depression, anxiety and nihilism often stay hidden in the shadows where my tapes were buried. RECTAL PUS "Video Violence" Unreleased Pus 1993-1996 cassette OUT NOW!!!!!

Alright, so earlier this year Manuel M. Cubas, of CADAVERIZER RECORDS, asked if I had any unreleased Rectal Pus stuff from the early to mid 90s. I had a feeling there was, so I started going through my huge box of old master tapes and found 3 tapes with unedited sessions, mostly from 1995 when we were recording almost every weekend. The result was the new "Fuck Everything" tape, an upcoming 4-way split, and a minute of material for an upcoming compilation tape, all on CADVERIZER. After all of this, there was still more material left...so, OUT NOW on C.N.P. is "Video Violence", named after a low budget film of the same name that me and Davey (a.k.a. Howard The Fuck) used to watch in high school. This is mostly made up of two recording sessions from 1995, but there are also 2 tracks from 1996 and an unreleased section from the 1993 "Fuck Roanoke" sessions (our first ever recording). On that 1993 part of the tape the original singer, Jamie a.k.a. Dammit, was switching the "function" button on the boom-box we were recording on so that you hear snippets of radio and the straight edge hardcore on the cassette we were recording over. We must've hated that back then since it didn't appear on "Fuck Roanoke", but it's hilarious now!! There are 39 tracks total in just under 30 minutes and almost all of the members that have been in Rectal Pus appear on this release!!! Tons of noisecore shit, a couple of hardcore/ punk sounding jams, more cult classic 80s/ 90s movie samples, and a very serious, satanic hard rock jam too!!!

This is, unfortunately, the only recording with our friend Yvette handling some of the vocals. She totally kills it!!! The hilarious cover art was illustrated by our fallen comrade, Billdo!!! It always seemed wasteful and was expensive as shit to make. I've been thinking about re-issuing this, with updated art & packaging, for years and now here it is!! This is how I should've approached it in the first place. I still have hundreds of the CDs themselves so it would be even more wasteful not to keep it available. The RECTAL PUS "BUTT BOX" 1993-1996 Collection

This "BUTT BOX" collects almost everything RECTAL PUS released, some of the demos had alternate versions and different mixes, but included here is everything released on C.N.P. and some other fine labels we were friends with then (VOMIT HALO, ABNORMAL TAPES, B-GORE, YOUR NOT NORMAL RECORDS, & EVINRUDE). Rectal Pus started in 1992 in Roanoke, VA and existed alongside the original Suppression line-ups, three members of Suppression were in Rectal Pus. Our friend Scotty Pus joined after the first boom-box recordings for "Fuck Roanoke" and part of the L.O.C. split. He replaced Spastic Jason on guitar and he had effects pedals and a 4- track tape recorder. He really upped the game for us to make weirder sounds and be able to record everything we made. So on a lot of weekends throughout 1993 to 1996 we recorded all of this Rectal Pus shit in a shed in my grandfather's back yard. The earliest stuff was pure noisecore and that element always remained in the material but as the band "progressed" they blended elements of punk, hc, crust, acid-punk, sludge, etc. all filtered through a very low- brow and childish sense of humor. There are tons of 80s comedy and horror movie samples, prank phone calls by the band, weird sound collages, etc. It's a bizarre journey for sure, over 3 hours of noise!!! Includes the 1st "Fuck Roanoke" demo, their tracks from the splits with L.O.C., EL KASO URKIJO, SUPPRESSION, SADISTIC LINGHAM CULT, OUT N OUT STUPID, the "MR. T's NUDIST COLONY" 7 inch (our only studio recording), compilation tracks, tracks from the 1996 Demo, and a full BILLDO session that's like 45 minutes long!!! I've had a lot of laughs compiling this for the past couple of months, and I hope some of you get some laughs too!!! Thanks to Andy Koettel and Sean Lambert for the help tracking down a copy of the OUT N OUT STUPID split!!! So, come join Scotty Pus, Howard The Fuck, Weird Stan, Billdo, Bill Prick and their weird friends in this bizarre rollercoaster ride through the BUTT BOX!!! QUINTRON'S WEATHER WARLOCK In Richmond Video

Last month, QUINTRON'S WEATHER WARLOCK tour came through town, the tour was based around Q's analog weather synthesizer. On the tour with him, as the core trio, jamming along with the synth were: Aaron Hill (EYEHATEGOD) and Gary Wrong (Wizzard Sleeve), with Quintron selecting local sound artists in each town to collaborate with the trio. Here in Richmond: myself, Sean Cassidy, and JK had the unique opportunity to take part, it was trippy as fuck and a lot of fun!!! It just happened to start raining just before we started (it stopped right after we finished) so you can hear the Weather Warlock responding to the rain droplets!!! Thanks to Alexi Zeren for filming!!!!!

We here at C.N.P. are proud to announce our newest release, the PCRV/ BROWN PISS split tape!!! PCRV from Billings, MT is Matt Taggart, collage and noise artist extraordinaire who is also responsible for the excellent FLUXUS MONTANA label. He provides most of the images for the cover and 15 minutes of free improvised, pummeling, harsh noise that will leave blisters on your ear holes!! Plenty of low end crunch and high end sonics!!! He even donated a drop of his own blood for the inside cover art!!!! The BROWN PISS side has the rusty BP gurgle and mixes in field recorded sounds and cassette tape loops from a Henry Lee Lucas confessions tape. The front cover is a collaboration collage between the 2 artists. AUDIO TERRORISM compilation cassette from 1994 (CNP-6)

I'm very excited about this one!!! I started to digitize this a month ago, only getting as far as the 7MON and Suppression tracks, and just couldn't find the time to get back to it. Fortunately, through the kind efforts of CHARLES DOUGLAS HOFFMAN who appears on this as GOK, the original AUDIO TERRORISM cassette compilation is now available for everyone to enjoy!!! Not to be confused with the 1998 CD compilation entitled: "AUDIO TERRORISM: The Soundtrack For Weirdness And Blind Hostility" that we co-released with SATAN'S PIMP and HEARTPLUG. No, this one was the first compilation I ever compiled in the very early stages of C.N.P. I put this one together from my bedroom in 1994 through letter writing and tape trading with my new friends from all over the world. And it was a glorious time indeed!!! This one has so many of my favorite bands/ projects, I was completely amazed at some of the greats who agreed to send me a track or tracks!!! The full track-listing can be found here on DISCOGS. Chuck's notes on this rip: "This is ripped & scanned from my well-loved copy so forgive the coffee stains and highlighter all over the cover. The tape has no damage and still sounds great considering. I didn't do any cleanup or hiss reduction but I did edit out pause-button clicks and space between tracks and bump the volume up by varying amounts to try to mitigate the high variation between the various contributions." OUT NOW!!!!! This 5 track cassette is the first BTs release featuring the "mutant drum-kit" which is multiple drums and found objects that the four members pummel in a green brained haze. Sean Cassidy's haunting saxophone invocations weave in and out of the rhythmic cacophony, holding it all together. Three of the tracks were recorded by the band themselves on four track cassette in their practice space and the other two were captured by Silver Persinger while the band were performing live at Strange Matter in Richmond, VA. This first run of the tape is limited to 30 copies... SOLD OUT!!

We're honored to be releasing this split tape with Japan's FACIALMESS (Kenny Sanderson) and it's fitting that the split is with Richmond, VA's BROWN PISS (Jason Hodges) as the two collaborated on the SUPPRESSION with FACIALMESS 7 inch on Clean Plate Records back in 1998 and in 2013 The FACIALMESS "MUTWAWA MESS-UPS" for GRINDCORE KARAOKE!!! Now the two deliver this disgusting C-47 with over 20 minutes from each artist! Facialmess contributed 2 top notch tracks of his trademark, pulverizing, cut-up wizardry on these 2 choice noise-bangers!!! BP side is rusty, chunky, and smells like a bloody jock-strap mixed with sci-fi synth pulse. Black and white glossy covers designed by Brown Piss and Facialmess. White cassettes with stickers.
